At Euroclear Nederland we have a long history connecting issuers, lead managers, arrangers, issuer agents and legal firms to the issuance process.

Together with Euroclear Belgium and Euroclear France, we form part of the ESES CSD group.

As part of this group, we are a leading place of issuance in the T2S and global capital markets for all types of instruments issued under multiple jurisdictions and in all main currencies types. We see 38% of the total T2S capital market activity for both fixed income and equities.

Numbering agency

As part of the Association of National Numbering Agencies we allocate Dutch ISINs to newly issued securities. In doing so we facilitate trading and settlement using internationally recognised standards.

Automating warrants and notes

As part of the industry’s efforts to cut complexity and mitigate risk, we worked with Euronext to automate the warrants and notes process from issuance and closing to redemption and communication process (between the Issuer Agent and Euroclear).
