The Due Diligence Pack is available to Euroclear Bank clients free of charge.

There is no need to register to the Pack - if you have access to our website you automatically have access to the Pack.

In today’s challenging operational environment, effective due diligence is important. We have created the Due Diligence Pack to streamline this process by providing a comprehensive picture of our services and how we deliver them. By providing this information upfront, the Due Diligence Pack increases transparency and efficiency in the due diligence process.

The Due Diligence Pack allows you to quickly find the answers to your due diligence questions yourself, saving you time in what has until now been a lengthy and resource-intensive process.

The information in the Pack is based on the thousands of questions received from our clients, giving you a complete and comprehensive picture of our services and how we deliver them.

It provides you with a single source for:

• all other related information covering such topics as the financial annual reports, business continuity planning/disaster recovery, services and connectivity etc.
• our answers to industry-standard due diligence questions, such as the:
  • AFME Questionnaire
  • Association of Global Custodians Questionnaire
  • Wolfsberg AML Questionnaire

We review the document regularly to ensure the information is up-to-date at all times.

We have built the Euroclear Bank Due Diligence Pack in a way that we believe addresses all your due diligence requirements. Therefore, if you have questions on any aspect of our services and how we deliver them that are not addressed by the Pack, we will answer these questions without charge.

Furthermore, we will enhance the Pack accordingly, so that all clients in the future will benefit from the new information provided.

If you would like us to answer a bespoke questionnaire, the following fee structure will apply as from 1 January 2017.

For example, a bespoke due diligence questionnaire with 150 questions would cost EUR 2,000, while a questionnaire with 230 questions would cost EUR 3,000.
