Euroclear Belgium has a longstanding and proven track record of facilitating the issuance process for issuers and their agents with efficient and cost-effective services.

Together with Euroclear France and Euroclear Nederland, we form part of the Euroclear Settlement for Euronext-zone Securities (ESES) CSDs.

As part of this group, we are a leading place of issuance in the T2S and global capital markets for all types of instruments issued under multiple jurisdictions and in all main currencies types. We see 38% of the total T2S capital market activity for both fixed income and equities.

Automating warrants and notes

As part of the industry’s efforts to cut complexity and mitigate risk, we worked with Euronext to automate the warrants and notes process from issuance and closing to redemption and communication process (between the Issuer Agent and Euroclear).
