Kathleen Holemans
Chief Business Officer of Euroclear Bank and Head of Network Management
Kathleen Holemans is currently serving as Chief Business Officer of Euroclear Bank as well as Global Head of Network Management where, since 2017, she has been responsible for the global Euroclear network of agent providers and links.
Before this, Kathleen spent two years in Hong Kong as Head of Network Management for Asia and Middle East and as Deputy CEO and Branch Manager for the Hong Kong office.
Kathleen has performed several roles in the Euroclear Bank Network department including Head of Network Relationship Management & Projects team, and Head of the Project Management Office for ISMAG (International Securities Market Advisory Group) having previously served for more than 10 years as Unit Head and Sales & Relationship Manager for major investment banks.
Kathleen joined Euroclear (then Morgan Guaranty Trust Company) in 1992 after having graduated from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) in 1991 with a Master degree in Economics, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium).
