We have published a whitepaper detailing our proposal for Euroclear Bank to become the Issuer CSD for Irish corporate securities as from March 2021. The whitepaper is the outcome of an extensive consultation Euroclear has just completed with the Irish market through a Working Group and Steering Board and interaction with the Irish Authorities.
