I would like to take this opportunity to update you on our current state of business operations during an extraordinary time for all of us. Having closely monitored the COVID-19 situation, we put in place appropriate measures to protect the health and safety of our people and to ensure the continuity of our business.
We have seen this week, the majority of our staff work now in home-working arrangements with a limited amount of critical staff members working in certain offices. We are still seeing exceptional volumes but businesses have performed well. We are running all services efficiently with our people having adapted to this new way of working as we continue to support you in our role as a financial market infrastructure.
