Meet Natalia Diaz, Sustainability Officer, Euroclear group. She was born in Brazil, grew up in the US, and works in the Brussels office.
Based in the Corporate Sustainability Office, she is currently working on ensuring that we are compliant with all the different ESG regulations that are out there and also creating a new ESG policy for the group.
When she is not at work, you will find her hanging out with her family or listening to a podcast in her downtime. For her, an inclusive workplace is somewhere where she can be her authentic self.
