We are pleased to announce that Euroclear Sweden has decided to reopen its Central Securities Depository (CSD) links to new issuers of shares. The reopening of existing CSD links for shares is part of our ongoing efforts to support the growth and development of the securities market. The decision reflects our commitment to providing enhanced services and opportunities for both issuers and investors.
Effective as of September 2025, issuers from the following jurisdictions are now eligible to take advantage of our CSD links to affiliate to Euroclear Sweden:
- Canada
- Denmark
- Finland
- Ireland
- Luxembourg
- Norway
- Poland
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom
The opening for affiliation of shares is only applicable for the above-mentioned jurisdictions and there are currently no plans to open additional markets. It should be noted that the affiliation of each new issuer requires an independent approval decision, based on separate and objective merits.
