Considering SIU (Savings and Investment Union) and general call for action to support the strengthening of European capital markets, and in order to stimulate business opportunities in a new market environment Euroclear Sweden have decided to re-open active markets in existing CSD links for equities, by 1 September 2025.
The decision is a principal decision. The affiliation of each new issuer is an independent approval decision, based on separate and objective merits. Please be reminded that the recording of Swedish depository receipts in book-entry continues to remain open as an option to affiliate to Euroclear Sweden.
