Our impact

Junior Achievement

Empowering young people with the entrepreneurship skills and confidence to build their own futures.

Junior Achievement (JA) is one of the world's leading youth entrepreneurship organisations, delivering hands-on learning programmes that equip young people with practical business skills, financial literacy and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The Euroclear Foundation is proud to be a long-standing supporter of JA. Our colleagues have volunteered as mentors and role models across JA programmes for over a decade — and we are now deepening that commitment through a three-year grant (2025/26–2027/28) to expand JA's hands-on entrepreneurship programmes. This investment will bring practical skills, confidence and opportunity to young people from underserved communities across all Euroclear locations.

Digital innovation

Alongside our core grant, the Foundation is making a strategic investment in a second AI agent for JA Boost — JA's digital learning platform focused on financial capability and business planning. Once developed and tested, this cutting-edge tool will be made available to all JA students worldwide, extending the reach of our partnership far beyond where we operate.
