Ambition to reach more underserved youth and strengthen financial literacy
Euroclear Foundation and Junior Achievement expand global partnership
- Multi-year collaboration will bring Junior Achievement’s entrepreneurship and work readiness programmes to more youth in underserved communities across Euroclear locations worldwide.
- Investment strengthens Junior Achievement’s global financial literacy curriculum through a new module for JA Boost, its AI-powered learning companion.
Brussels, 26 January 2026 – The Euroclear Foundation and Junior Achievement (JA) today announced a new multi-year strategic partnership that will expand access to JA’s proven entrepreneurship, work-readiness and financial literacy programmes. Over the next three academic years, the initiative is expected to reach 20,000 young people across the 14 countries where Euroclear operates.
The programme will be delivered in: Belgium, China, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. Euroclear employees will supportive this important partnership through mentoring and skills-based engagement, offering young people practical insights into the world of work and helping them build confidence, employability and career readiness.
In addition, the Euroclear Foundation will support the development of a new financial literacy and business planning module for JA Boost – Junior Achievement’s AI-powered learning companion. JA Boost will be rolled out across JA’s global network in more than 54 countries, providing personalised, technology – enabled guidance to help young people develop essential business and financial planning skills.
This initiative closely aligns with the shared missions of Junior Achievement and the Euroclear Foundation to expand future prospects for young people with limited opportunities. By removing barriers to education and employment, the partnership creates inclusive pathways to success, strengthens educational outcomes and supports pathways into employment. Building on an 11 year collaboration with Euroclear, this new partnership equips young people with the skills, mentorship and tools needed to thrive in an increasingly complex global economy.
