Breda Sullivan

Head of Depositary, Custody & Banking International 

Breda Sullivan joined U.S. Bank in December 2017 to lead the expansion of the U.S. Bank Depositary Services product offering in Europe. She has over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Service Industry with combined experience in Depositary, Banking, Custody, Audit, Fund Administration, Fund Governance and the Asset Management sectors. Prior to this role, she previously held senior roles as Head of Depositary and Trustee roles with BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse International, Northern Trust and Bank of Ireland Securities Services. Her most recent role was in the Fund Governance space as Executive Director of an Asset Manager (AIFM).

Education and credentials

Breda holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Dublin City University and is a Graduate of the Institute of Personnel & Development. Breda services on the board of EFS Depositary Nominees ltd. She is a member of the Irish Funds Industry Association representing U.S. Bank on the Depositary Committee and has served as the Trustee representative to the European Fund Managers Association (EFAMA) depository working group.
