Romain drives the financing and resource‑optimization strategy that supports BNP Paribas Prime Services’ rapid growth. He also oversees Delta One Corporate and Collateral Matchbook activities. In this role he strengthens both the Prime Brokerage and Delta One businesses by dynamically balancing liquidity consumption, balance‑sheet allocation, and optimal funding across the APAC region. Romain relocated to Hong Kong 1½ years ago after leading BNP Paribas Treasury for Global Markets in Singapore.
