As part of our continued commitment to strengthen our offering and deliver greater value, GlobalWatch has transitioned to KYBIX, successor platform launched in partnership with Euroclear and Liminal (venture studio founded by Temasek, an investment company headquartered in Singapore). KYBIX is a new company created to operate and further develop the GlobalWatch service under a dedicated legal and operational structure, while ensuring continuity of service and governance standards. KYBIX marks a significant step forward in the evolution of the platform, enabling continued modernisation and development, including the introduction of AI‑enabled capabilities, while maintaining continuity of the service and support.

KYBIX builds on the foundations of GlobalWatch, a KYB/KYC data collaboration platform supporting the Funds business, and will, over time, offer:

- AI-enabled automatically pre-filled and refreshed profiles
- alignment with Euroclear’s security, compliance, confidentiality and operational standards
