Sara Cescutti
Chief Commercial Officer EMEA - Euroclear
Sara Cescutti is Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA at Euroclear, where she leads commercial strategy and client engagement across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Since taking on the role in 2022, she has focused on driving sustainable growth, strengthening strategic partnerships and helping clients navigate an evolving financial landscape across Euroclear’s securities settlement, asset servicing, collateral management and funds businesses.
With more than 25 years at Euroclear, Sara has built broad experience across both operations and commercial functions. Throughout her career, she has led commercial teams across European and international markets while developing strategic partnerships with key market infrastructures, including central banks, CCPs and trading venues.
Sara believes long-term success is built on trust, collaboration and a deep understanding of clients' needs. She is passionate about developing high-performing teams, building strong partnerships and creating sustainable value for clients and the broader financial ecosystem.
She holds a degree in International and Diplomatic Relations from the University of Trieste and completed the Transconstellation Programme at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
