Vicky Chan

Managing Director, Head of Operations, HKEX

Vicky Chan is Managing Director and Head of Operations at HKEX as she assumed the role from June 2026. She rejoined HKEX in August 2024 as Head of Post Trade, bringing with her a wealth of experience in financial operations and strategic transformation.

During her previous 17- year tenure with HKEX, Vicky led multiple teams as Head of Cash & Derivatives Clearing Operations and led Platform Development.

Vicky’s career also includes senior leadership roles as Senior Project Management Consultant at AIA Group, Head of Global Control, Controllers at Goldman Sachs, Associate Director, Change Management at UBS, and Senior Consultant at PwC, and advisor to several Canadian and international firms including initiatives in blockchain innovation and the design of operational platforms and processes for corporates.

Vicky is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
