Stoil Topaloc, Executive Director, Repo Trading, BBVA

Stoil is an Executive Director on BBVA's repo trading desk, with responsibility for shaping the funding strategy of the desk, optimising balance sheet and liquidity resource (LCR & NSFR) usage, as well as leading the desk's engagement on future industry developments like tokenization, intraday repo and T+1 settlement. Prior to BBVA, Stoil spent 16 years in Barclays, most recently on the EMEA Fixed Income Financing trading desk and Treasury before that. He holds a BSc in Computer and Management Sciences from Warwick Business School.
