Sreekar Periketi, Head of ISG Post Trade Digital Asset Integration, Morgan Stanley

Sreekar Periketi leads the global post-trade implementation of the firm's digital asset strategy across the Institutional Securities Group. His work focuses on bridging traditional and digital financial markets, covering tokenized securities, stablecoins, crypto assets, collateral, repo, securities lending, payments, and derivatives.

Prior to his current role, Sreekar served as Global Head of Collateral Management and Asset Optimisation at Morgan Stanley, leading Operational execution across collateral efficiency, liquidity, and balance sheet optimisation. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he held senior roles at Santander Global Banking & Markets and Capco, specializing in treasury, liquidity risk, capital optimisation, and regulatory transformation.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning market infrastructure, collateral management, risk, and post-trade transformation, Sreekar is focused on how tokenization and distributed ledger technologies can enhance mobility, settlement efficiency, and the future operating model of global capital markets.

Sreekar holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London including being a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
