James Larsen

James Larsen, Head of Strategy and Offer, Vanguard Asset Management

James is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and finance. As the Head of Strategy & Offer for UK Personal Investor, he is a key member of the UK leadership team, responsible for navigating the business strategy and developing offers that provide lifelong value to clients. Over his 15-year tenure at Vanguard, James has held various roles across Europe, APAC, and North America. He is a CPA and holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Born in New Zealand, James is a passionate All Blacks rugby fan and enjoys all sports. He and his wife Cristina have three wonderful children, Mila (9), Siena (7), and Noah (4).
