Frédéric Boutet, CEO, HLBRT Consulting 

Frédéric Boutet has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector and has spent the last decade specializing in AI and data. He spent 15 years at BCG, including five years at BCG X (BCG’s tech arm), where he served as Managing Director & Partner. After developing BCG’s Johannesburg office, he spent the last three years leading AI projects for the banking sector in Paris. In addition to his consulting background, Frédéric served as both Chief Digital Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at LCL, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group. He is currently the CEO of HLBRT, an AI-native strategy consulting firm.
