Cassie von Sprecher, Global Head of Agency Securities Lending, Deutsche Bank

Cassie von Sprecher, CFA, is a Managing Director and Global Head of Agency Lending and Cash Investment Solutions at Deutsche Bank. She leads the firm's global agency lending and liquidity solutions businesses, overseeing strategy, client engagement, and business growth across regions. Prior to her current role, Cassie led Deutsche Bank's global Agency Lending Sales organization.

Before joining Deutsche Bank, Cassie spent more than a decade at State Street, serving in progressively senior leadership positions across North America and EMEA. Most recently, she was Managing Director and EMEA Head of Financing Solutions Sales and Client Management, leading multi-country sales teams across Agency Lending, Prime Brokerage, and Repo. During her tenure, she played a key role in establishing State Street's international repo business and helped launch the firm's triparty and collateral management platforms.

Cassie is a CFA Charterholder and an active member of several industry associations.
