David Wilkinson
Chief Legal Officer – Euroclear UK & International
David Wilkinson is currently Chief Legal Officer of Euroclear UK & International and Head of Euroclear’s UK Legal team. He attends the Euroclear UK & International Management Committee in an advisory capacity and is a member of the Euroclear Legal Division Management Team.
David has worked at Euroclear since April 2021. Prior to joining Euroclear he worked at the London Metal Exchange (part of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Group) where he was Deputy Head of Legal and then Head of Legal of LME Clear from 2014 to 2021. Prior to that he worked at LCH (part of the London Stock Exchange Group), the Financial Services Authority and Lloyds Banking Group.
David began his working life at Lovell White Durrant (now Hogan Lovells) where he qualified in 2001.
