Daniel Miseur
Chief People and Communication Officer - Euroclear
Daniel Miseur is the Chief People and Communication Officer of Euroclear and a Member of the Euroclear SA Executive Committee (ExCo).
As Chief People and Communication Officer, he has overall responsibility for the Group People and Communication strategy, one of the key enablers of our business strategy.
His role covers management responsibilities across all aspects of Human Resources, Communication and Social impact, including corporate culture, leadership development and succession planning, strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, performance management, D&I, wellbeing, Communities, social relations, internal and external communication and media relations. He is also Member of the Board of the OFP Euroclear Pension Fund.
Mr Miseur joined Euroclear in 2011 as Chief People Officer and became Chief People and Communication Officer in 2017. Prior to joining Euroclear, Mr Miseur held various leadership positions in Human Resources in several parts of the world (Europe, USA, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa). He started his career as Employment Lawyer at the Law Firm De Bandt, Van Hecke and Lagae (Linklaters) and was Employee Relations Counsel EAME and HR Director at Johnson & Johnson Inc. before joining Pitney Bowes Inc. where he held HR Leadership positions in the US, UK, France and Singapore, including the role of Vice President HR Asia Pacific & Emerging Markets, Latin America, Middle East & Africa.
Mr Miseur is strongly involved in Community Work. He is member of the Board of the United Fund of Belgium and of Junior Achievement Belgium and supports several charity projects in Nepal, India, Africa and Thailand.
Mr Miseur holds a Master in Law (Magna Cum Laude) from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). He also holds a BUPA Certificate as Qualified Attorney and was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1990. Mr Miseur has followed various strategic leadership programs amongst others at Ross Business School (USA), INSEAD (China/Singapore), Darden Business School (USA) and Ashridge Business School (UK).
Mr Miseur is Professor at the Solvay Business School since 2022.
