Craig Clayton
Chief Operating Officer – Euroclear UK & International
Craig Clayton is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Euroclear UK & International and is a member of its Management Committee. He leads the Business Operations department which includes Client Services, Incident Management, Domestic and International Asset Servicing and Operational Change, amongst others.
Craig joined Euroclear UK & International in November 2006, working in the Operations division. He then spent several years in the Product Management division, leading a number of projects, including the UK & Irish markets’ implementation of T+2 in 2014. Craig rejoined Operations in 2015, leading various teams within the division until November 2022 when he became interim COO, and permanent COO six months later.
