Benedicte Degraeve is a seasoned expert in post-trade services with 18 years of experience spanning across IT execution and product development. Benedicte is currently the product strategy lead for the pre-settlement team and over the past three years has played a key role driving the strategic agenda in the pre-settlement space, looking to drive innovation and efficiency in upstream processes.
Benedicte is a key member of the team delivering Euroclear’s settlement efficiency initiative, designed to improve processes and working practices industry-wide.
She holds a master’s degree in American literature and one in International Politics and Conflict Management reflecting a unique blend of analytical and global perspectives. Beyond her professional achievements, Benedicte is passionate about female entrepreneurship and actively supports initiatives that empower women in business and technology.
