Euroclear Finland strengthened its executive committee in December 2022, when Suvi Tyni started as Chief Business Officer.

Suvi is a great match to the role as she has comprehensive understanding on the financial services industry, where she has focused on strategy and business development leading large-scale transformations. 

 

At Euroclear Suvi Tyni will focus on implementing the company’s new strategy 

“While ensuring our most important strategic delivery of the year, TARGET 2 Securities (T2S) migration in September 2023, we continue to increase focus on new services enabling business growth in the future. Renewing our strategy and related roadmap with dedicated people who have deep expertise in the market has been very exciting,” Tyni says.

T2S migration in September 2023 is the final step in Euroclear Finland’s core solution renewal. Renewed core solutions enable the ability to shift focus on the new service development. 

Euroclear Finland has 30 years of high quality data providing great opportunities for launching new data products and services. The company is building the team and capabilities for new service development, utilizing agile methods with improved time to market.

New services developed in cooperation with clients

Euroclear Finland received exceptionally good results in the Euroclear Group’s annual Client Relationship Survey and is constantly working to keep the clients satisfied. 

“We aim to further improve and broaden the scope of our services in close cooperation with our clients. For Issuer clients, the key priority is to renew current services, focusing on insider and ownership information services, improving the digital customer experience. Another focus area is data services, where we aim to broaden our scope of services,” Tyni explains.

Euroclear Finland has conducted several pre-studies, arranged hackatons and design jams to gather understanding on development needs. 

“We will continue strengthening our understanding of client perspective and the value we can bring to our clients - great new opportunities have already been identified,” Tyni concludes.
