When you choose our comprehensive bossComplete service, you will receive help from a project assistant who takes care of all contact with shareholders during the notification period and an experienced project manager who lends assistance from the planning phase right through to the close of the meeting.
Shareholders also get the option to digitally provide notice of their attendance via our website which you can link to on your website.
You will also have access to our web tool which provides access to statistics and reports all through the notification period.
We also help you to match notices of attendance against your general meeting share register and establish a preliminary voting list, and we take care of on-site registration on the day of your annual general meeting.
