Register bonds with Euroclear Sweden

In order to register your bonds with us, the issuing company will need to be affiliated with us as an issuer.

Send in an application via email to issuerorder.vpc@euroclear.com to begin the affiliation process.

The following bonds and securities can be registered:

Interest-bearing loans (such as corporate bonds and loans issued under the MTN programme)
Discount securities (such as deposit certificates, municipal certificates or corporate papers)
Profit participating loans/share equity loans
Other structured products
