Register structured products

We assist with the payment of coupons, the withholding of any preliminary tax and repayment on maturity. You will also have access to the underlying owners.

We allocate ISINs, CFIs and FISNs for nominally traded securities and for all instruments that are issued by Swedish companies.

Registration of structured products with Euroclear Sweden

In order to register your structured products with us, the issuing company will need to be affiliated with us as an issuer.

Send in an application via email to issuerorder.vpc@euroclear.com to begin the affiliation process.

Nominal financial instruments such as share index bonds, credit bonds or other types of structured products with an underlying asset
Warrants
Standardised certificates
Investment certificates
