Being selected as a finalist in these categories is a strong acknowledgement of our long‑term work to build a clear employer branding strategy and an inclusive, value‑driven culture – shaped by our people and reflected in how we work every day.

Employee engagement impact – “Heart of markets” (2025)
An internal employee survey in September 2025 shows a strong engagement impact. 94% of colleagues had seen the campaign. Respondents rated how the campaign made them feel as an employee at 4.23 out of 5 (1 = negative, 5 = very positive) and how much it increased their pride in the company at 4.13 out of 5 (1 = not at all, 5 = very much). 93% also agreed the concept is a good tool for uniting us under a common story.
