Five quick questions for our Sales Coordinator Kristina Hai
We had a chat with Kristina Hai, our Sales Coordinator at Euroclear Sweden, to learn more about her role. Here are her answers to five quick questions.

What do you do at work?
When we reach out to our clients – about information, invitations, billing and other matters – I help manage our customer database. I am first point of contact for smaller clients and support our client events.
What is the best thing about Euroclear Sweden?
We handle information about all listed companies in Sweden. So, I’m part of an organization at the heart of the financial market – also in the sense of involvement and professionalism in our teams. I learn a lot from our wide range of clients.

What can you bring to Euroclear?
I really enjoy helping all teams in creating the best client experience. I’m used to multi-functional roles with a background supporting external relations for a think tank, and with talent acquisition for an IT company.
What are you most proud of?
My ability to adapt to new challenges. I can transform them into personal and professional growth.
What are you less proud of?
Three years ago, I moved to Sweden, and I am working on my Swedish – but still can’t make any jokes!
