Special resolution - Participants’ undertakings in relation to new sanction regulations

In light of the extended sanctions against Russia and Belarus, Euroclear Sweden (ES) has published a Special Resolution to ensure that ES is able to comply with the new legal requirements, please find attached Special Resolution CS 9.

This Special Resolution will enter into force on Monday 11 April 2022.
