ECMS launch postponed to 2025

The European Central Bank’s Governing Council has decided to reschedule the launch of the new Eurosystem Collateral Management System (ECMS) to the first half of 2025. The exact launch date will be communicated in October 2024.

Despite this postponement, Euroclear Finland’s CSD system release will proceed as planned in November.
