Technical setup

What are the installation requirements?

Taskize is a secure web based solution, requiring zero local installation.

However, depending on your organisational IT security policies, you may be required to 'white list' the Taskize domain for both Web and email traffic. Users are recommended to access Taskize using the latest versions of either Google Chrome or Microsoft IE web browsers and enable browser notifications.

Is ‘Single sign-on’ available for Taskize?

If you use Microsoft Windows Active Directory or another security product, Taskize can set up single sign-on between your desktop machine and Taskize to remove the need for passwords and increase security.

IT security

How secure is the information exchanged via Taskize?

Taskize takes security very seriously, so has implemented industry best practices. 

Your data is always encrypted and segregated from other clients' data, and you can only access Taskize from authorised networks. You also control which of your staff are authorised to use Taskize and for what business so you can have confidence in who you are dealing with.

How long is transactional data stored in Taskize?

Data is retained for 13 months in the Taskize platform.

Back office operations

What training is available?

Taskize provides training and materials as part of your onboarding programme. Once you have submitted the Taskize enrolment form, the Taskize team will be in touch to confirm your training options.

Are all Euroclear client services contactable using Taskize?

All our client services are now contactable via Taskize except for FundSettle Client Services.

What if Taskize is unavailable?

You still have the option to contact our client service teams by phone or email.
