How does Taskize make our clients’ lives easier?

According to me, the technology Taskize uses is the way forward for solving operational issues. When a client calls us for help, they often ask for a written confirmation of the entire conversation. This means that our teams need to send a separate email to clients with an outline of the entire phone call. With Taskize, this is no longer necessary. The chat sessions, or “bubbles,” are automatically saved, so that both parties have an instant copy of what has been said.

But that’s just one of the benefits. Because the bubbles allow you to bring multiple parties together, you can more quickly get to a solution to issues that arise.

Was it difficult to implement Taskize in your team?
