Following discussions between ECSDA and market stakeholders, we have changed the timing of the monthly process for the penalties of February.
We would like to inform you that the collection/distribution of domestic and cross-border settlement penalties calculated in February 2022 will take place on 13 April 2022 (instead of 23 March 2022).
As a reminder, the monthly penalties reports for domestic and cross-border settlement calculated in February 2022 will be sent on 18 March 2022.
Please be informed that the payment date stated in the file sent on 18 March 2022 will have the original date 23 March 2022, while the actual collection/distribution will be executed on 13 April 2022.
