Since 2014, we have been working with Junior Achievement Europe across eight locations. The aim of this programme is to encourage Euroclear staff to help young people develop entrepreneurial and business skills which they would not have access to at school. Through coaching and mentoring, we help to equip our future workforce. We offer a range of in-house and external activities in which our staff can become involved, thereby also giving them the opportunity to build on their skills.
Since 2014, we've had over 638 Euroclear volunteers taking part in our programmes reaching 20,386 students.
We'll be kicking off our Junior Achievement programmes again in September 2018.
