How to use our Authorised signatories app - Euroclear Bank and Euroclear SA/NV

Step Action

First time only – register on my.euroclear.com and request access to the Authorised signatories app:

  1. go to my.euroclear.com
  2. click on Or create a new user profile in the middle of your screen
  3. complete the fields as requested
  4. make sure that you do not forget to tick the Authorised signatories box in the ‘Request access for’ section
  5. click on Register

Once your registration has been validated, you will a receive a confirmation email. You can then proceed to log in.

1 Go to my.euroclear.com and log in:
  1. complete the 'Username' and 'Password' fields
  2. tick MyEuroclear
  3. click on Login

Select My Apps > Authorised signatories in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

Alternatively, you can directly go to my.euroclear.com/authorisedsignatories.

Note: please read the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Authorised Signatories Application (T&C) before using the app. By accessing the app, you agree to be bound by the T&C. 


In the ‘Last name’ field, enter the signatory’s last name only.

Note: enter the last name only. Do not add the first name.

4 Click Search.

A list of signatories with the requested last name will appear. In the list, click on the name of the relevant signatory.

The following information will appear for the selected signatory:

  • Last name
  • First name
  • Signature
  • Authorisations: authorisation level, entity and service(s)

7 Click on any combination of authorisation level and entity.

You will get a detailed explanation of the type of commitments for which the signatory is authorised to sign.
