Yves Poullet, member of the Euroclear Group Executive Committee, is responsible for the group Corporate Technology including cyber resilience.
Previously, Yves Poullet was Chief Executive Officer of Euroclear Bank.
Mr. Poullet joined Euroclear in 1991 and held a number of increasingly senior positions in the Finance and Risk Management divisions. He was influential in the smooth transition to the euro, before his move to the Corporate Strategy & Product Management division. In 2001, he relocated to Euroclear France in Paris as Deputy General Manager, returning to Brussels in 2002, at which time he oversaw the integration of four central securities depositories into the Euroclear group. Mr. Poullet later became COO of Euroclear Bank and oversaw the Lean Management transformation of the Euroclear group.
Mr. Poullet has also teached at Solvay Business School on post-trade market infrastructure. Mr. Poullet is also board member of Inkendaal Ziekenhuis, a mid-size revalidation hospital.
Mr. Poullet holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) and a degree in Business Administration from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
